Sky Allen Ledesma is an American songwriter with music that ranges from acoustic singer songwriter, neo soul, reggae, blues, rock, etc. With influences like Van Morrison, Paul Simon, Sublime, Bill Withers, and Bob Marley to name a few. Sky has been playing music all over the nation for almost 20 years. Currently residing in Southern Utah, Sky plays everything from looping to make a full band sound, or a quiet acoustic set. Bring yourself or bring your friends for a deliciously sweet evening. Sip some wine, a cocktail or a mocktail during this casual class where each person will work with Royal Icing as they decorate 6 specially chosen sugar cookies. With step-by-step instruction, you will be guided through the process of working with Royal Icing, basic decorating techniques, how to correct mistakes, tips and tricks with cookie decorating, and how to create fun and tasty cookies for any occasion. This is a beginner-level course and includes 6 un-decorated sugar cookies, royal icing, piping bags, all sprinkles and decor, and all tools needed to decorate the cookies. The class will conclude with the option to take Instagram-worthy photos and each participant will go home with their 6 decorated cookies to enjoy.

Celebrate Valentine’s Day with an intimate, chef-led pasta experience among candlelight and wine barrels at I/G Winery. Hosted by Kindred Kitchen, this hands-on evening invites guests to craft fresh cheese ravioli from scratch before sitting down to a two-pasta Italian dinner.
Guests will enjoy Chef Anthony’s creamy tomato vodka sauce, warm garlic accompaniments, and a decadent dessert to finish the night. Romantic, interactive, and intentionally small, this experience is designed for couples, friends, and pasta lovers alike.
