Live Music – Lynsey’s Christmas Lounge
At the age of 12, Lynsey started singing in front of a live audience at the very church that the owners of IG winery used to attend. She fell in love with being on stage from that moment on. She trained classically in high school winning her first place standings and awards in various competitions.
Fast forward to her 20's, Lynsey branched out as a lead singer and backup singer to a couple traveling bands for pop and mainstream music. She landed herself on a cruise ship performing across the Caribbean. She also loves to record a good radio jingle!
Back to classical, Lynsey went back and finished her bachelors degree in vocal performance at Miami University of Oxford, Ohio. Earning a full ride for her talents, she decided to go professional. She landed a contract with Cincinnati Opera as an ensemble member for 4 years, and then ventured to San Diego Opera where she has since concluded her 8 year contract as a tenured artist. Lynsey has performed in over 30 Grand Opera performances.
Since then, Lynsey, her hubs and 2 kiddos have moved to Utah. She wanted to once again sing for the people. She sings to us a set full of love songs, acoustic pop and, of course, those croony jazz oldies that we love. -

But don't just our word for it, come join classical training pianist Adam Jones at the winery and try a special flight of our Roussanne, Alicanté and 9 Barrels and see if you can sense how they taste different with each piece of music.

Yerby currently mentors rising young musical talents at Southern Utah University here in Cedar City. Jon’s teachers and mentors are varied but include such international luminaries as Eliot Fisk and Italian legend Oscar Ghiglia.

Love Cookies; Cookie Decorating and Wine Night

Come solo or bring your friends or significant other for a deliciously sweet evening. Sip some wine during this casual class where each person will work with Royal Icing as they decorate 6 Valentine's themed sugar cookies. With step-by-step instruction, you will be guided through the process of working with Royal Icing, basic decorating techniques, how to correct mistakes, tips and tricks with cookie decorating, and how to create fun and tasty cookies for any occasion. This is a beginner-level course and includes 6 un-decorated sugar cookies, royal icing, piping bags, all sprinkles and decor, and all tools needed to decorate the cookies. The class will conclude with the option to take Instagram-worthy photos at the themed photo booth, and each participant will go home with their 6 decorated cookies to enjoy.
