As a small wine producer, we always seem to be under pressure to get more wine ready to sell. The problem with this sense of urgency is that winemaking cannot be rushed, it takes time and there are few shortcuts. As I like to remind everyone; the only thing instant about my wine is the gratification that comes from drinking them.
It is with that thought in mind that I created this Instant Gratification line of wines. I made these wines to be fun, fruit forward but nicely balanced so they can be enjoyed right away, with or without food, but always with friends or family.
