DESCRIPTION:Join some of Utah’s most awarded wine makers as they present their wines in preparation for the Utah Wine Festival. This event will be a precursor to what you could expect to experience at the Utah Wine festival which takes place on Labor Day weekend. This event will be held on August 12 from 6-9pm at Carmine’s Restaurant 2477 Fort Union Blvd\, Cottonwood Heights. Class participants are expected to purchase their own dinner off the Carmine’s menu and tip their server accordingly.
