SUMMARY:Utah Wine Festival - Viticulture and Vino
DESCRIPTION:Southern Utah’s newest vineyard\, called Mindira\, is located on the banks of the Virgin River\, in Rockville\, just outside Zion National Park.  It is being planted now\, but we want you to be a part of the vineyards legacy. Everyone at this event will have a chance to plant a vine in the last row to be planted as you learn a little about the varietal you’re planting\, and of course\, try some wine made from that varietal.   Once that is done\, we will all celebrate the completion of the vineyard with wine\, small bites and live music.
