DESCRIPTION:The crowning event of our anniversary celebration will be this delectable wine pairing dinner. Join us in celebrating your favorite I/G Winery wines in addition to paying homage to the past\, present\, and future of the winery. \nThrough the evening you will enjoy: summer squash soup\, a wedge salad\,  salmon with a white dill sauce served with herbed lemon risotto and a black & blue loose mousse \nIn accordance with Utah State Law\, alcohol may not be pre-purchased. Because of this\, wine will be a separate charge of up to $25 at the event. \nWe opened our doors ten years ago on June 8\, 2012\, just a tiny little winery in a converted cottage behind the Iron Gate B&B. Today\, we are Utah’s oldest and largest winery. Our kids have grown up and become part of he business and we have worked hard to clear the path for the growth of the wine business in Southern Utah. We hope you’ll join us in raising a glass to honor the stories of our past\, and to celebrate the stories yet to be written.
